This course came at a great time for me personally, it challenged me to explore how I absorb and respond to situations in a way that really opened my eyes. The understanding that I gained through the course is without measure and I leave it as a far more centred and spiritually aware person. Removed from the hubbub of your daily life, it will hit you in ways that you do not expect.
